Sometimes you have an issue on our machine and you even try to resolve it (well done for trying) but you are left scratching your head (or even getting really upset). You will not be judged and we will look at it for you.
As a company we are also individuals and will treat you as we would like to be treated. We will be polite, however, we will treat you like human beings. No jargon will be used an no matter how long it takes you will be happy with the explanation you are given.
